Please note: the late or onsite registration refers to those who register on or after 14 February 2012 or on arrival at the conference. Conference materials cannot be guaranteed if this applies to you.
Your registration will be acknowledged within 10 working days. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).
Payment of Registration Fees
Registration fees can be made by cheque, electronic funds transfer (EFT), Visa, Mastercard or American Express only. Please note if paying by credit card, your payment will appear on your statement as ‘Eventful by Tim Wearne’.
If paying by cheque please make it out to ‘Eventful by Tim Wearne’.
When making an EFT payment, please ensure you quote 'Home Therapies' and your last name in the description field to ensure we can track your payment. Please email hometherapies2012@eventful.com.au to notify us of this transaction to enable us to confirm your registration.
Credit Card Decline Fee
An administration re-process fee of $20AUD will apply for declined credit cards.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation received on or before 30 December 2011 will receive a full refund less a $50AUD administration fee. Refunds will be issued after the Symposium.
No refunds for cancellation will be received after this date.
Your registration may be transferred to another colleague at an administration fee of $25AUD.
Cancellations or transfers will only be confirmed upon advising the Conference secretariat in writing at hometherapies2012@eventful.com.au
Privacy
In registering for this conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name, organisation and state only), and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including Eventful by Tim Wearne (Conference Management
